Great camera- except for the redeye problem
( - 9/28/05)I just replaced my earlier Pentax Option 5MP camera with this one, and it is really really good- except for the redeye problem.
I have not seen such a severe redeye problem before... the Pentax used to fire a pre-flash for redeye reduction, and i think that is a lot better than this "red eye lamp" that the Canon uses (if someone is NOT looking at the lamp, they WILL have red eye in this canon).
Dont other users see this problem to be more severe in this Canon than in other small digital cameras? (this is my 4th digital compact camera).
