How can I see pictures on my SD 750 that were taken on another SD 750?

I downloaded pictures from both camers to my computer, copied them to one memory card, put the card in the camera and can see only the ones taken by one camera. File names from one camera are numbers, the other camera has IMG_ before the number. I changed the file name but that had no effect.

That's problematic at best, as you have learned. If you had them on your computer, you're better off viewing them that way. Why do you need to see them both on the same camera? Let the camera take pictures. Use your laptop to do photo management.
