I need a camera that while in movie mode takes good stills and is pretty easy like my sony p200

I don't know of any digital point and shoot that also records to video simultaneously. If you need that option, you really need to look at a camcorder. My recommendation is the Canon HF100 which will dual record in HiDef and save stills to SD cards. And the newer Canon camcorders have 8MP stills. Nice.
