Canon PowerShot SD800 IS as a webcam for a Mac?

I know you can use PSREMOTE for Windows PC but I have a Mac OS X. Are there any programs out there for that?

There's programs for Mac?! :) J/K. I don't know anything about Mac, unfortunately. But I'm sure if you contact Canon directly you will get an answer within 48 hours on 1.) If they have a compatibility with a similar software for the Mac 2.) What it's called and where you can get it if they do.

Macam supports USB webcams on Mac, including EyeToy. http://webcam-osx.sourceforge.net/cameras/index.php

No support listed for any Canon cameras, but one would think it possible if other software can make it work.

Cam4you on Windows also supports webcam, motion detection, etc on Canon Powershot. http://alkenius.no-ip.org/Cam4you/

I would like to use it as a webcam with my PC. If anyone can help I'll be very thankful. I went to PSREMOTE. The SD800IS is not supported. Can anyone help please.
