I have an Error Obj in the lens screen and it saids that I have to reset the camera. What can I do?

When I tried to turn on the camera it gives me an Error Obj in the lens screen and it saids that I have to reset the camera. What can I do?

Take the batteries out and start over. You need to get into the main menus to reset. If that doesn't work, conatct the mfgr.
