which is the best camera i can buy for Rs 18000-20000 (390-466)$

i am from india,i would ideally prefer a camera that is sleek, has image stabiliser, provides for movie upto 1gb or 60 minutes. I am confused as to which brand should i go for NIKON, CANON or OLYMPUS. A MINIMUM OF 4 MEGAPIXELS IS A MUST AND THE LCD DISPLAY SHOULD BE A MINIMUM OF 2.0.

If you want all that in a nice small package I would recommend the Canon SD 800 IS it has top quality lens. 7.1 megapixels; 3.8x optical zoom / 4x digital zoom; Auto focus, auto and manual exposure; "Shift-type" image stabilization; JPEG file format; ISO 80-1600; 2.5-inch LCD, and movie with sound. This is a great camera.
