should i get the SD 800 or the A 640?

i want a very good camera that will take sharp pictures and will have a steady grip on the camera. also want that pictures should not be blurred. the shutter speed should be fast.

The SD800 has Image Stabilization, but the A640 has a better grip......What are you willing to trade off?
