If you select "Small" this changes the resolution to 640 x 480, which should be in the menu settings. If you're referring to the movie, I believe you can just select 640 x 480 from the menu. (I'm assuming you mean 640 x 480, and not 680 x 420). Hope this helps, if you need any other details, just ask.
