They wouldn't honor warranty
(colleen - 2/22/09)I was extremely careful with my camera. I took it out of the padded case that I always kept it in to take a picture and it was broken. When I sent it in under warranty, they said that it showed signs of impact. There was never any impact. I asked to be emailed photos of the damage and no one that looked at those photos could see any damage. It cost me $129 to get it repaired. They gave me a 3 month warranty on the repair. I think I will buy Nikon from now on. Took great pictures though.
