Neither, actually. Sports will be way too dark as it'll choose faster shutter speeds, although it may choose a higher ISO setting. I'd go with an available light setting if at night, but don't let the camera choose an ISO above 400 or you'll have a lot of noise in your image. Photo.net has a great tutorial on concert photography which may help.
