I'll have to have a little more detail here other than "it's dead" in order to be of much help. However, let's start with the basics. Have you checked the battery. How long since you last used the camera successfully? Do you have a manual and have you tried the troubleshooting section? If all that is of no help, then a trip to your local camera store for professional advice is in order or else contact Fuji support.
