does the lithiun battery come with a charger

The seller will be a better person to tell you this because charger for the lithium ion battery of F20 are very cheap and can easily be purchased in eBay.
If charger is included, you will probably have the cost added to the price of the camera, without you knowing about it.

It comes with an AC Power Adaptor that plugs into the camera in order to recharge the battery.

Dont think the Fuji F20 comes with a Battery charger you need to get it seperatly check http://reviews.pricegrabber.com/digital/m/22720937/
