Which is best: Fugi Finepix Z3 or Finepix F20?

I take the photos of the dogs at an animal shelter and need image stabilization. The Z3 has ISO 64, but F20 lowest ISO is 100. Will it make a huge difference when taking photos of dogs outside in bright light? Both cameras are about same price. Which camera is best?

With the Fuji FinePix F20 you'll be able to eliminate blurring caused by a fast-moving subject or camera shake at the touch of a button. Intelligent flash plus high sensitivity allows for beautiful photos of both subject and background because it can recognize scene conditions and automatically set the ideal balance of flash output and sensitivity. Additionally, the powerful double noise reduction of the improved Real Photo Processor II lets you take full advantage of the high sensitivity of the FinePix F20. The handy Natural Light and with Flash mode lets you take the same scene with and without flash with just one press of the shutter for side by side comparison.
And for the Fuji FinePix Z3 offers a high-quality picture taking experience: it touts a high-quality FUJINON lens, a high-sensitive 5th generation Super CCD, and a high-performance RP processor. With a picture stabilization mode, you will be able to eliminate blurring caused by a fast-moving subject or camera shake. Its Intelligent Flash feature automatically controls flash output to an appropriately low setting. The Natural Light and with flash mode takes two shots with one press of the shutter for continuous shooting in flash off / flash on modes for on-the-spot comparison. Finally, the large, 2.5" LCD monitor has a highly scratch-resistant reinforced glass coating to protect it from wear and tear.

Z3 has same image stabilization as F20 at the touch of a button.

They both have intelligent flash. THey both have the real photo processor II and both have high sensitivity. I think the F20 is max 1000 ISO whereas the Z3 is max 1600 ISO.

I think either camera will do fine for you. If you ever need it for any other purpose, get the Z3 for its sex appeal. Haha.

Hi Kev
Actually, the F20 has up to ISO 2000; higher megapixels, too, but I was interested to know which camera produces the best images -- photos. I read somewhere that the Z3 produced blurry images. I DO love the slim colored case of the Z3, plus the fact that you don't have to mess with a lens cover (the front slides to turn the camera off and to cover the lens), very compact, but I need great shots of the shelter dogs so they can get good homes. Does anyone actually own the Z3 or has anyone actually seen images produced by both cameras? I can get the F20, which is newer and has higher ISO and mp for less than the Z3, but the cute compactness of the Z3 is very appealing.
