Horizontal purple stripes
( - 2/1/06)I was amazed to see how many people had the same problem as me, with the horizontal pink and purple stripes on the screen and on pictures. I assumed I would have to pay for the repair, but when I called the helpline, they told me this was a known problem and would be fixed for free - I just have to send it to them. I am disappointed with the camera overall, but I'm relieved they will fix it for nothing. (UK)
