when taking a picture the screen colours bleed into each other - no picture is clear

When taking a picture the image on the screen is a bleed of colours and there is no sharp image. You can view previous taken pictures clearly

I have recently experienced a problem with the LCD,it has predominant green and red hue,when the photo is taken and then viewed the image can not be identified and green streaks from top to bottom of LCD appear.Previous good photo images will display on the LCD.Camera has gone into Jessops to obtain a quote for repair.Anyone else had the same problem?
