good quality camera for the price

My husband & I got this camera second hand from his aunt. The reasons she got a different camera were she wanted a smaller one & the usb port on the camera didn't work anymore. I bought a memory card reader for $20 to get the pics from the card to our computer. My husband's aunt paid $200.00 for the camera & she had it for about a year before we got it. She & I have never had problems with it shutting down, or going through rechargeable batteries too quickly. In the fall when his aunt was looking for a new camera, she said this camera is still sold at Target. I would recommend this camera for amateur photographers. The only drawbacks I see are that it is a little bulky & the zoom lens can be loud.
