Great camera for the money
( - 8/8/05)I've read numerous reviews here about this camera being poor for moving objects. My experience is the opposite. I just happen to know how to use the camera and actually read the instructions. You have change the setting on the camera to "sports" and you will get wonderful results. Same thing with the indoor lighting, no camera is going to work well without light. With a little prep and investigation, all your indoor shots will come out just fine. I have to laugh at people who only use a camera 2 or 3 times a year and post a review on a web site stating the results are poor. This camera is not for slack-jawed, ignorant users. It requires some technical aptitude. Aside from that, everything is there in the camera. From shooting through a window, to close-ups, long-range shots, red-eye reduction, etc. It is all there. And for the price, it is a bargain. It also comes with a lens adapter which allows you to purchase telephoto, wide-angle and tinted lenses. Bottom-line is this, if you are new to the world of digital photography and you want to learn everything you can, then is a great place to start. When you are ready to jump to the next level, then spend the big bucks on a Canon or a Nikon.
