fantastic camera

I owned a minolta X700 35mm camera and was very pleased with it but wanted to move into the digital age. Live in UK but bought the S5000 in America and am very happy with the camera. It has bee used extensively throughout Africa in hot humid and dusty conditions. I have use it for my sports web site and it has never let me down. I can not understand why some people say the zoom causes blurry pics? Are they using it in the correct mode as i have never had any problems. Take at 6m and crop to 3m or take the time to frame perfect at 6m and blow up to A3 no problem. I have taken thousands of pictures from bright light in the Namibian desert to wet damp misty days in Manchester and would not swap it.
