I take it you've tried it with a different card?
If you can't get the camera to function with a different card, you'll probably have to contact Fujifilm to arrange a repair. You can access their service department from their website. Be aware, though, that for an older camera like the S5000 (that's no doubt out of warranty) the cost of a repair is going to be pretty high.
