Is this camera not compatible with XP?

I'm curious about something I read in one of the reviews, this is a quote "The only problems we have are now burning our photos since upgrading to windows Xp - cant do it unless we upgrade pixela". (I assume they meant pixels) I don't understand what they're saying exactly. Are any of you using this camera with Windows XP, and if so, are you having problems? Can you save the photos on your PC and burn to a CD without any issues? I will be using the camera for photos that will be used on my website for the most part so it's obviously very important if they can't be saved on my PC. I found a great deal and I'm considering purchasing this camera, but I have XP and I don't want to waste money on a camera that won't work with my operating system.
Also, one more question, the camera I'm considering will not come with the original software or USB but from what I've read I can download the drivers and I have a USB cable, so it shouldn't be a problem, right?
Please post any thoughts you have on this, I'm anxious and don't want to miss out on a great deal!
Thanks!

You certainly can save the pictures taken by Fuji S5000 to a PC and burn it in a CD.

The simplest way is to remove the memory card from the camera, insert it to a card reader and plug the reader to the USB port of the computer.

The computer with XP as the OS will detect the card reader and allow you to copy the pictures.
What you need to do next is to create a folder - right click your mouse and select ' create ', and copy all the pictures into the folder.
Burning pictures to a CD is then a simple task of using Nero, which usually comes free with the purchase of a CD Writer.

Coming back to your last paragraph/question, you can download the drivers from the Fujifilm website. Go to this site where alll drivers are located and select your camera.
If you are lost, go to the download page at this location and it will also lead you to the same page for the drivers.
