my camera will not download to my lap top (it used to ) but it will not any longer what can I do

John -- we'll probably need more information to answer your question. Which laptop? Which operating system (Windows, Apple) and which version? When you plug in the camera, does the computer recognize that something has been plugged in (it might make a be-bong sound). What used to happen when you plugged in your camera? Any details you can provide would be helpful.

the laptop is a gateway and the oper system is XP with windows 2000, the camera use to go straight to the download screen when the camera was plugged in now the computer doesn't recognize the camera i guess
