PC will not recognize new pictures

Camera is used for vehicle accidents. I have a 1GB card with approz 350 pictures. I took 15 shots tonight and when I hooked up to the PC, it wouldn't recognize the new shots. I can view them on the camera- so they are there. Had to upgrade to Windows XP Pro about 2 weeks ago. These are the first pictures taken since then. I reinstalled the software that came with the camera thinking that was the problem. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks anyway. Problem fixed, it was the computer. I have had this Fuji S5200 for a little over two years. It is by far the best camera I have ever owned or operated. The clarity, detail and color of the pictures... really couldn't ask for anything better.
