Will ANY xD memory card work with the Fiji S5200 ?

I am confused about memory cards as I have never used one. I have ordered the Fuji S5200 but don't know what kind of xD card to purchase. Can you explain and advise?

Any xD PictureCard M style like this one 513mb

This is a good size to get too. Excellent price. I am not sure if you can use H-style card which stands for high speed.
