bar code reader info

have purchased the LS2208 made for the s5, and now i just need to know what all i need to do to make certain it is functioning with the camera and card. I see in the set up menu on the camera there is a bar code option to choose. Which option do i choose and how can i verify the reader is working and attaching the scanned info to the image taken on the camera? Help!!! and thank you smart people in advance!

You can download the LS2208 Quickstart Guide here. As Fuji farms this out to third parties, you're best bet is to talk tech support with Motorola.
