Something went wrong withe the memory card during the ' erase all ' process.
If everything else is working, try to reformat the card. If that does not work you will have to get the computer to wipe all the data in the card followed by re-formating it Using the Camera. A card wiping program like this one will be useful.
In the worse scenario, just buy a new card to replace the old one.
