Howdo I get the S700 into a special braketing mode?

I've been playing with my S700 alot and i heard something about HDR Pictures. And I downloadd the Photomatix program. But the S700 has a special bracketed shooting mode that takes three shots in quick succession at -1, 0, and +1 exposure settings (underexposed, neutral, overexposed). I have the manual but i can't figure how to get the triple shot to have three different exposures.

In the menu settings (pg 75) is the setting for bracketing (pg 90). Press MENU/OK to open the SHOOTING MENU. Then select BRACKETING.

1. At first set the exposure bracketing from the menu as James said.
2. On the top of the camera, next to the mode dial, there is a small button. Hold that button and select Auto Bracketing.
3. Aim the camera, press the shutter and keep holding it unless the camera finishes taking 3 images. (camera takes 5-7 seconds to process and save them)

4. To blend them use Photomatix software.

Hope it helps.
