Photos have yellow spots especially portraits.

I have been using the fuji 8100 for a few months now and still a lot of my photos, especially portraits, are coming out with yellow spots on the faces....any advice? thanks.

are you referring to a "hotspot" when you shoot portraits with a flash? Or is it perhaps dust particles that light up when the flash fires? Either way, what I would recommend is that you take a white plastic film canister and slice a channel in it and slip it over your flash. This will diffuse the light enough to give it a more even glow reducing hotspots.

Thank you for your help but I am using umbrella lights. I do not use the flash on my camera when I am taking portraits....

Then I'd check to see if there's a firmware update or service advisory at Fuji's website which addresses the issue. You may need to update the firmware or send it in for repair.
