The V10 uses a standard USB cable that is widely available. Many cel phones and cameras use the exact same cable that your camera uses so all you should have to do is carry the camera into your local electronics store, camera store or department store and tell the clerk you want to get a replacement cable.
It shouldn't cost any more than $20 or so and don't fall for anyone telling you how much better the gold plated ones are... it's digital information and the benefits of the gold plated connections are highly over rated.
If you don't happen to find the USB cord for your camera you can always get a USB card reader and just plug that into your computer and save some battery life for your camera. One of these can cost between $15 and $50 depending on what features you have. Keep in mind that you don't really need any features other than being able to use an xD card (which is not very standard so don't be surprised if you don't find any of them in the $15 range).
