what is the delay

What is the delay after you take a picture and are waiting for the screen to resume from black? what is the difference between the Z20fd and Z10fd? and what the heck is Ir simple? and is there something i can buy for this camera so i can shoot underwater?

The delay might be where the camera is storing the picture to memory. You should be able to get an underwater casing on the web.
