Does the FinePix Z20fd feel "plastic-y"? Solid? Sturdy? Weak/easily breakable?

If you drop it while taking a photo, does it shatter or hold up well?

my finepix is brilliant by far the most durable camera i've ever had, i've never dropped it but that's thanks to the wrist strap which i've attached to my camera case so it can't be stolen and can't fall off, but i'm sure it would barely scratch, it's amazing

Unfortunately, I have had this camera for a few months (about five), and I take it EVERYWHERE... (You never know when you couold see a duck cross the road in a traffic jam!) the problem with that is, it has been dropped a few times, once it was even in the water, but it has scratches all over the screen. The good thing is that they aren't very noticable unless you are looking for them! Some may say that the scratches are the owners fault, and they partially are, but they are the makers fault to...not durable enough!

(I have to say that it worked great after I dropped it into the water. We open the battery area and usb area and let them dry...Take your battery and memery card out if this happens!)
