Is there a way to adjust flash?

I have a fujifilm Z30 and I would like to know how to reduce the flash or make it only flash once.

No. Point and shoot cameras don't have that capability.

There is a Suppressed Flash option in the menus that might tone it down a bit.

One thing you can try is to go to a 1 hr. photo and ask them for a couple of opaque white camera film canisters. Cut a channel in it and remove the bottom. Then, you can fit it over your flash and it'll diffuse the flash some.
