Hi Carmen,
This is kind of tricky, since it seems that Gateway doesn't really do repairs on this model anymore- it depends a lot on what the problem is, among other things, but they seem to have phased it out. You can always try local camera places if you're really interested in getting it fixed (even Best Buy or other 'big box' retailers like that often do camera repair); otherwise just check in the yellow pages under camera repair and find someone local who does digital. But keep in mind that due to the age of the camera, you may pay more than it's worth to get it fixed, depending on what's wrong, and it might be time to think of just buying a new camera.
