FORMAT ERROR MESSAGE

I uploaded photos to my computer and then it appeared as though the battery was low. I charged the battery, then the FORMAT ERROR message appeared on the screen of the camera with the red light blinking. I cannot do anything! HELP!

The memory card gets corrupted because of the interruption while downloading pictures.

If you need the remaining pictures in the card, you have to do a photo recovery using this software

Photorecovery only retrieves the pictures. The card remains un-usable so you will need to buy a new card.
