Excellent Beginner Camera!
( - 5/25/05)Pros: Really easy to use. Takes up to 81 pics with one 64 mb card at highest quality. Perfect for people who aren't computer savvy and good for those who are. (like me)
Cons: Battery life. (not a problem if you got 2500 rechargeable batteries like I did) Optical zoom. (if you wanted an optical zoon then you shouldn't have gotten this camera) Now these are the two that are CONS in my book.
No time stamp feature. The time and date show on the camera but when the pics are uploaded onto your computer you have to put them in manually. It does put them in folders by date however. Easy to do with included programs but it can get boring with multiple pics.
No picture "lock" feature. So that means if you take 50 pics and only want to keep 3 you have to manually delete the other 47 or wipe the entire set. Like I said, easy to do but boring.
Conclusion: Great introductory camera. (I can let my wife and mom use it with no fear) Plus I got it practically brand new on Ebay for under $75 with free 64mb card. Score!
