The HP Photosmart 735 is a no frills, 3-megapixel point and shoot that offers good value and reasonable photo quality. As one of the least-expensive 3-megapixel cameras available as of 12/03, the HP 735 may present a compelling option to photographers on a budget. Though its manual controls are very limited, the 735's simple design and easy operation makes it a good choice for digital novices.
