Finding AA sized lithium batteries is as easy as going to your local all purpose store (Walmart, Target, etc.). I personally use the Energizer brand for my speedflash and have found them to be very long lasting. I have had a set last for longer than a wedding reception when shooting as a wedding photographer. I bought them on batteries.com if that helps.
