What is the best memory card for my kodak easy share c340 to capture the best video?

i am not sure if a flash card or a multi media card is best. I am just learning about cameras and use mine alot for soccer games when my husband is gone. I do take lots of pictures but, i want longer video time.

A 1GB card would be sufficient for pictures and leave ample enough room for videos too. They are affordable, about $20 on sale. I have a 1 GB and have not had to be concerned about running out of memory, even while on a week or 2 vacation taking lots of pictures.
