C643 won't power up

I have a new C643 that has been working fine for 3-4 weeks now. This morning, nothing. It won't power up. I tested the batteries and they are fine. Does anyone know what's up with this, and more importantly, how to fix it?

Have you tried connecting it to the camera dock or an ac adapter? Try that. If you can power up no problem, then it is definitely a battery issue. Just because you think the batteries are fine, doesn't mean they are compatible with this camera. I recommend Varta batteries. They are very powerful and designed specifically for cameras.

If, however, you still can't turn it on after connecting to either the dock or AC adapter, then you the camera is the problem. And the good news is, since you just go tit, it's still under warranty.
