I am having a problem with it draining batteries as fast as I can put them in. Does Kokak offer a solution/refund?

Kodak's standard mantra is that you're not using the recommended batteries and as such, you'll end up with this issue. You don't have to use Kodak brand, mind you, just the types recommended. Absent that, you could try resetting the camera and seeing if there's a firmware update available to download and install. But other than that, you may need to have it serviced. Was it dropped?

Hi, I had this problem when I first bought mine. I use rechargeables. I find that duracell last longer, but I have 4 sets of rechargeables. switching the live view setting to off and using the viewfinder instead ( that option is in the menu then go into the set up menu, you'll find liveview, just switch it to off.
I also stopped viewing the photos and showing them around to people when I viewed the photo, thus saving battery life. I have a large memory card so take lots of photos then select which ones I want to keep by using the memory card in the pc slot, rather than plugging the camera into the pc, which also drains the battery.
Hope this helps.
regards
Vince
