Hi Judy,
We get lots of questions about this! Here's a thread about the same problem, more or less, with lots of ideas that might help you:

And yes, I believe all the Easyshares are designed to work with the Kodak printers. Hope that helps!

Having checked that thread, it looks like you've already tried the advice over there! At this point I'd say 1. keep trying; unfortunately there isn't much to do as typically repair is just as expensive as replacement, although you can certainly look into it depending on the age of your camera. I'm sorry I don't have better news!

Well my camera has become very unpredictable, the display works when it wants to, the camera sometimes just won't switch on. I was at a 40th, my camera decided not to switch on, luckily I bumped into a friend and she let me borrow her camera, the display on her camera didn't work, just showed lines so it was a case of guess and shoot, and you guessed it ...it was a kodak too, an updated version of mine
I'm going to buy a new camera and you can be sure I WILL NEVER BUY KODAK AGAIN....so I would advise if you have a kodak camera then save your pennies for the day the camera knackers up, in my experience start saving soon because you won't have very long to wait, just enough time for it to have run out off warranty.
Happy shooting
