Download Picasa from the internet and you will be able to copy and browse the pictures in your computer.
Picasa is free from Google, but you will need a card reader to read the picture files in your memory card.
What you do is to buy a card reader, insert the memory card into the slot and plug it to the USB port.
Picasa will help you to copy the files to the PC.
