My Kodak Easyshare Program that I downloaded and have all of my pictures in will not come up anymore. When I click on the icon, it doesn't do anything

My Kodak Easy Share Program that came with my camera that I downloaded and have all of my pictures in will not pull up anymore. It is like it is lost somewhere in my computer, but I cannot find it anywhere. I click on the short-cut icon and nothing happens. How can I get these back. I have e-mailed Kodak, but they have not given me any answers that have worked. I have lost many pictures of my children.

Kodak's Easyshare Software is bloatware. A dog with fleas. I hate that program. Picasa by Google. It's free and will work very similar to that software. And don't worry, you own't lose your pictures. But I'd back them up just in case before removing the Easyshare software.
