Hi,
This sounds like a problem with your camera's CCD (imaging sensor). It has likely become disconnected in some fashion from the rest of the camera's internals--in short, what your lens is seeing isn't managing to get to the image processor.
If you're still under warranty with Kodak, I'd recommend arranging for a repair from Kodak's website here. If not, your options become more limited as a Kodak repair will probably cost you a very long arm and a leg. I would still contact Kodak to ask about a repair, but if the price they quote you is exorbitant, you might want to consider taking this as an opportunity to upgrade. Unfortunately, the older digital cameras get, the more expensive and less cost-effective they are to repair.
