Same as everyone else!!!WHy won't KODAK own up to problem and take care of their customers?????

Camera was great for about 3 years, then it just stopped working one day. It will turn on(sometimes)but as soon as you push the picture taking button, it just goes black and that's it!!! I have used every sort of battery to try to get it to work and no luck!!!KOdak told me it would be $99 to fix or they would provide a refurb for the same cost! How come they tell everyone different prices for the same malfunction...Seems pretty shady to me!!Anyways. thinking about breaking the camera until it is unfixable, sending it in to be "fixed", then taking the refurb for $99!!! I figure, they owe me that much!!
