Won't work!

Takes a min. for lens to come out. Screen on back white. Red button on and when you push review button, it goes to green. When you try to take picture it goes back to red. Son said he dropped it a few days ago. Tried a new battery,too.. HELP

If you dropped the camera, there's a good chance you broke one or more parts within the camera. It's possible that the CCD is broken, that the lens is broken, or several other things. Unfortunately, without taking it apart its really hard to tell whats wrong, and furthermore fixing those parts is going to cost significantly more than the camera is worth, so you're better off getting a new one. From the sounds of it you have a broken lens, or a broken CCD, so you could try and get a price quote, but, again, it'll be very expensive. Usually the one thing you can never do to a camera is drop it, because that causes significant damage.
