what do i do?

well i dropped it on the floor by accident and then the lens was stuck and i had it on and when i went to shut it off it didn't do anything so i flipped the turn thing and it flashed a little green light made this click click click click sound and then turned red and doesn't do anything else! plz help!

You knocked the lens out of alignment. Best you can hope for is to cycle the camera on/off several times and hope it works it's way back. But if not, you're probably better off buying a new camera since it'll probably cost more than the camera is worth to fix it.
