Really good, but wondering if it is time to upgrade?

( - 6/17/05)

I've had the Kodak for about 1 1/2 years now. I, too, have had other people go out and purchase this camera after seeing the quality that I've gotten on photos. I think that the 10x zoom is an absolute must.

I'm now seriously wondering if it is time to upgrade. I have small children, and it is hard to get the camera to focus and shoot fast enough to get the shot that "was there" just seconds before. I also have had the camera "freeze up" and need to be shut down—and then it mysteriously works fine again.

The size is great, which is an issue always for me. I don't want to tote around a lot of weight, and this one was much, much lighter than the other ones I looked at.

All in all, it's at a great price now (I spent much more 1 1/2 years ago!)and I'd definitely recommend it.
