How do I get the "Internal memory" onto the computer? Dock doesn't work either.

my dock doesn't work either so I really have no clue how to do it. Like it charges the camera but the "one-touch" button doesn't work. What do I do?

Try reinstalling the drivers. Also, avoid using the Easyshare software - it's very poorly written. If you an reinstall the drivers, you should be able to access the internal memory like a hard drive and drag and drop from it. If not, check your USB cable.
