steady shot digital camera below 350 dollars

hi, could i find a digital camera having less than one second shutter lag time with minimum 3x optical zoom and 5 MP density, having steady shot feature. I repeat, "Steady Shot Feature".

There are lots of cameras that support your specifications. The Nikon Coolpix S6 and the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ3 are just a couple. You can browse by price or by MegaPixel capability on the left hand side of the Digital Camera HQ site as well.
