poor craft manship

Camera worked GREAT for the first few months after that the camera's lens would not open and when it did picture quality was terrible. Kodak warranty service is terrible. I sent the camera in 3 times for repair and they lost the camera for 2 weeks( it was sitting on someones desk) when I received it back , same problem.( I don't think they ever opened the box, just sent it back) Finally after many phone calls and running to the post office they sent me a new camera which is worth nothing compared to what I paid for this Ls443. I am very disappointed.
